FindStayAI is free for travellers. Here is exactly how the site is funded and how we decide what to show you.

Commissions from booking partners

Some links on this site are affiliate links. When you follow one to a booking partner and complete a stay you booked there, the partner may pay us a small commission.

• You pay the same price as you would going to the partner directly. The commission comes out of the partner's margin, not your pocket.
• Your booking contract is with the booking partner and the property. Their terms, prices and cancellation rules apply.
• Links that may earn us a commission are the "view" / "book" buttons and links that take you to a booking site.

Our partners

Stays in our AI search and in the lists on destination pages come from Adriatic.hr, one of Croatia's oldest online travel agencies. The map of places to stay is provided by Stay22 and shows offers from Booking.com, Expedia, Vrbo, Agoda and other booking sites. The “Holiday homes on Vrbo” and “Hotels on Expedia” buttons are links from the Expedia Group affiliate programme. The “Hotel deals” cards come from Megabon (megabon.eu) through the CJ affiliate network; their pictures are loaded from Megabon's servers. The Booking.com logo and the “Stays on Booking.com” buttons are links from the Booking.com affiliate programme through the CJ affiliate network; the logo is loaded from CJ's servers. We may earn a commission from any of these partners when you book.

For hosts

If you rent out an apartment, room or house on the Croatian coast, you can list it on FindStayAI. A listing costs €99 a year per unit, less per unit if you list more (2 units €140, 3 units €180, 4 units €220, 5 units €250), or €60 per unit for six months. A Premium plan (€199 a year per unit) appears ahead of Standard listings when it matches the guest's search and is marked Featured. We take no commission on bookings: guests contact you directly. List your property.

How results are ranked

When you search, the results are ordered by how well each stay matches your request. The main factors are:

• the wishes you give us (location, number of guests, budget, dates, facilities such as parking, pool or pet-friendly);
• the price for your dates;
• guest review score and number of reviews;
• distance to the places you mention (beach, old town, ferry port).

Hosts who list directly with us appear first, marked as direct offers. They pay a fixed annual listing fee, never a commission per booking. Among our partners' offers, the commission we might earn does not influence the order of results.

Prices

Prices come from our booking partners at the time of your search and can change. The final price, including any taxes and fees, is always the one shown on the booking page.
